• Refunds: Refund policies for cancelled lessons or services will be detailed on our platform and may vary depending on the service purchased and the timing of the cancellation request.

5. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Respectful Communication: You agree to interact with tutors and other students in a respectful and professional manner. Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Punctuality: Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. Tutors are also expected to be punctual for all lessons.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activities that disrupt or interfere with the operation of our service, violate any applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing copyrighted material without permission or attempting to circumvent our payment system for direct tutoring.

6. Intellectual Property
